The Landing Retreat was inspired by downtown Branson and is decorated beautifully. Enjoy a large outdoor pool with loungers and umbrellas, kids play area, pavilion and climate controlled indoor pool. We have 30 condos in this resort, message me if you are interested in multiple condos.

There are aqua Zumba classes and aqua aerobics for an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening. You are welcome to join the classes at no additional fee but the pool is not available for open swim during those times.
At 'The Landing Retreat' we extend a warm welcome to our four-legged guests! We happily accommodate one dog weighing up to 25 pounds to accompany you during your stay. A one-time pet fee of $75 per stay applies. We kindly request that while you're away from the condo, your furry friend be comfortably crated and not allowed on furniture at any time. This helps ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all our guests. Your pet must always be on a leash when outside the condo and please, please pick up after your pet and dispose of it outside in the dumpster. Please keep in mind that any damages caused by your pet will be an additional charge billed to the guest who booked your vacation. Let's work together to ensure that your pet's stay is as enjoyable as yours.

The hosts really went the extra mile. No detail was over looked and ensured the stay was just as comfortable as i would have been at home. Loved the fleece blankets in living room. Communication was great even had short videos to help showcase and explain things.

It was a very clean and well taken care of. We used it for our vacation and we cooked breakfast there every morning. The only thing I would suggest small condiment packets that’s the only thing.
