Relax in this cute oceanfront, beachy themed cabin that's located in the heart of Ocean Shores! What separates you and the sandy beach are the sand dunes and trees! The private hot tub is where you'd want to be after a sun-soaked day at the beach!
Conveniently located near downtown, plus being next to a hotel ensures easy access to amenities and nearby services. You’re within walking distance to shops and restaurants, with most attractions just a mile away.
Getting to the beach:
- Walk / drive along the street to the public access. About 0.5 miles away, a 15-minute walk or a 2-min drive.
- Walk thru the sand dune trails from our backyard to the beach, 7-10 minute walk.

This cabin has 4 rooms and 5 beds, and 2 bathrooms, easily accommodates up to 10 guests - 3 kings and 2 queen beds!

HOUSE RULES
To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Sign a Rental Agreement upon booking
- $200 Security Hold is Required, refundable given no damages 2 days after check-out
- Provide a valid Government Photo ID
- No smoking
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- The maximum occupancy of 10 guests is strictly enforced. Exceeding this limit will incur a $200 fine per person, per night
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Noise violations during quiet hours will result in a $500 fine and eviction
- This property is equipped with exterior security cameras (video and audio monitoring), including 2 facing the driveway and 1 on the back patio facing outward
*** Additional fees apply for excessive cleaning, unapproved pets, undisclosed guests, smoking, and unauthorized vehicles. Non-compliance with the House Rules will result in a minimum of $500 fine and eviction without a refund. Thank you for your understanding!

Any unapproved pets will incur a charge of $500. We're only able to accommodate dogs at this time, no other animals.
- A pet fee of $75 will apply per pet, per stay. If you plan to bring 2 dogs, please inform us in advance.
- We understand that your furry friend is an important part of your family, which is why we happily welcome well-behaved and house-trained dogs to our home.
- We kindly request that you refrain from allowing your dogs on the furniture, avoid leaving them unattended, and clean up after them. Additional cleaning fees will apply for any necessary cleanup related to your pet's stay.
- We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to welcoming you and your furry friend to our home for a delightful stay!

- There may be personnel performing routine services outdoor for exterior maintenance during your stay. They will only be outside and will not enter the property.
- Ocean Shores is surrounded by wildlife, and you may encounter wild animals during your visit. Please stay vigilant and familiarize yourself with safety tips for unexpected wildlife encounters. Our home is fully fenced, so kindly keep the gates closed to prevent unwanted animal visitors.

Things we liked: path to the beach, huckleberry cobbler made from berries picked along the beach trail, fire ring, hot tub, well-stocked kitchen, puzzles and games, beach toys, high chair, pack-n-play (but it needs a sheet)Didn’t like: smell of the rug (dog?), small steps into some bedrooms (stubbed toes!), bathroom smells like sewer, wonky floor plan—walk through one bedroom to get to another

The house definitely had a musty smell when we first arrived. We aired it out right away. The carpet appears quite old and I am guessing is part of the smell issue. Carpet does not seem to be the sanitary option for VRBO's, and this one is quite long/shag type. We actually wore socks around the house. The window sill in the bathroom had a lot of grime and mold, as well the shower curtain. Definitely could use a deep clean all over (cobwebs hanging from ceiling, dirty corners in bathrooms, etc). The yard is overgrown and needs to be mowed, as well as some general outdoor maintenance - there are blackberry bushes growing up by the front of the house as well as through the back porch. There is a broken limb on the tree in the back yard just hanging from the tree. There was a broken chair on the back porch.The house was well stocked with a ton of games which my kids loved. The kitchen was well stocked even with foil and saran wrap which was appreciated since we forgot Tupperware. Thankful for the washer and dryer. The hot tub was a major plus. They let us check in about 30 min early which was helpful based on our arrival time. The host checked in the morning after check in to make sure things were going well.Overall I would stay here again - it is a big house with a lot of space, love that it has four bedrooms.Would love to see some work done on it, it could be a really cute house!!
