About this house rental
This well-appointed, classic Hatteras Island beach cottage offers a convenient one-level floor plan with modern amenities including WiFi, stainless steel appliances, 4 digital smart TVs, stereo, and more. For your convenience, sheets and towels are provided.
The house has been tastefully decorated with a cathedral great room, soothing colors, wood floors, comfortable furniture and an overall beach vibe. The house provides glimpses of the ocean and outstanding sound and sunset views from the spacious wrap around deck boasting southern exposure. The central location provides a short walk to the beach and the sound, and is located near Kitty Hawk Kites, Real Watersports, several restaurants and the Rodanthe Fishing Pier.
Easterly is perfect for folks on a budget who don’t want to sacrifice quality. Come experience Easterly; its charm will blow you away! This home does not allow partial week stays.
For 2026, Easterly will include credit for $245 in beach gear rentals from our partners at VayK Life. Stay between April 3rd and October 18th, 2026 (tentative dates, 7-night minimum), and use your beach gear credit for items such as bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddleboards, and more!
Easterly is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet fees range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.

My wife, parents, and our pups all checked into the property on May 31st, 2025 and from the moment we arrived we were beyond happy with the beautiful inside decor and nice new deck! I love the pet-friendly atmosphere of the property and the community and beaches. This is our second time staying here for the second year in a row and we are looking forward to booking it for next year as well! 10/10 would recommend this rental and location for a great OBX vacation!

Myself and my family loved the house and layout as well as the beach styling and yard. We did enjoy having the capability of having our pets with us and that made the vacation 10 x better. We cant wait to come back and stay again! The only issue is that my Dads foot went through a board on the platform below the steps most likely from wood rot but everything was fine. Overall we loved the place!
