Welcome to A Shore Thing, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom pet-friendly condo featuring a spacious design with an open layout, high-end furnishings, and tasteful decor. Perfect for entertaining inside or out on your own oversized private deck and just across the street from a public beach access, there is much to look forward to on your next vacation! A Shore Thing is located in one of the newer complexes on the Outer Banks and is a relaxing option to get away from your day-to-day routine and get into the Outer Banks state of mind.
Sleek contemporary lines with a modern yet comfortable vibe describe the interior of the Victoria Place homes, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and large flat-screen TVs in the living area and both bedrooms. The oversized deck is equipped with a two-person hammock swing, captain’s chairs, and a table as well as additional deck chairs, perfect for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. When it’s time to unwind and settle in for the night, the king en suite features its own entertainment with the aforementioned wall-mounted flat-screen Smart TV and direct deck access. The queen bedroom features its own TV and has access to an oversized hall bath. With so much to offer this charming cottage proves that good things come in small packages.

Overall very clean and well stocked for a 4-day stay. Close to the beach, but overlooks Virginia Dare rd so very loud on the deck. Low marks for description accuracy and management company. Undisclosed pet fees are demanded by Sun Realty a week before check in, when it’s too late to change properties. If this is the protocol, then the VRBO property description MUST be up front about pets incurring fees on top of what’s listed on the site or the rental amount on the reservation confirmation.Lastly, be aware you must bring your own sheets and towels…have never stayed at a rental that makes us bring our own linens. Mentioned once in the description, but could be clearer on this as well.
