About this house rental
Our property is located about 4 mins from Lake Mojave , 2 mins from the Colorado River, and about 3 mins from the hotels in Laughlin (just across the bridge). Restaurants and stores are located very close in proximity to the property as well.
There are 3 bedrooms each with queen size beds in each and also a sofa bed in the second living room area. each bedroom has a TV with streaming capabilities. One bathroom has a toilet w/ standing shower and the second bathroom has a toilet with bathtub/shower. We offer fresh towels and sheets to our guests.
The Kitchen has new stainless steel appliances. We provide basic amenities such as cooking utensils coffee maker, & toaster
There is also an in unit washer/dryer.
The property has plenty of parking for cars, boat, atvs, etc.

All I have to say is it was AWESOME. Jose was wonderful. He made sure we had everything we needed. Was easy to contact also.

Overall the house was great, all the beds being the same size was a bit difficult with having a toddler. But out side of that it was good.
