This home is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 3 story home with 1700 square feet of living space. The bedrooms are all on the top floor, but the downstairs can be made into a sleepable area for larger groups or for those with mobility issues.
This property has the right mix of outstanding one of kind views year round mixed with a comfy lived in feel family home.

Our bedrooms are perfectly functional but this is an older house and the bedrooms are on the smaller size. I doubt most guests will care but we believe that the more you know the better :)

Queen/trundle/crib bedroom 10x12.5 feet
Full size bed 10.5x12.5
NOTE: we do NOT have a hot tub. Sometimes there is a glitch on the vrbo site that displays that we have one (despite having zero pics of it). We have reported it to support but just want to be clear in the description too.
Parking NOTE: please refrain from turning around in our neighbor's driveways. We don't want to be a nuisance to them :)

The Huron is an absolutely lovely home with lots of character. Super child friendly with some nice toys & games. The kids were also excited to see the ships and boats on the Hudson. The house was spotless and has all the amenities of home. Nice and quiet in a beautiful neighborhood. The house “book” has some nice restaurant recommendations with the host’s suggestion of Pomodoro Pizza being our favorite. We would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely visit in New York, everything was clean and pleasant, the toys throughout the house were the cherry on top, my daughters had the best time exploring!

Spectacular view! Well equipped and very clean. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Perfect getaway. 100 % happy that we didn't stay in the city,drive was very scenic

We stayed at this property for my son’s graduation from college. It was perfect for our family of six people. The views overlooking the Hudson River were terrific. The location was close to the school. All around a great rental.
