About this house rental
This is NOT a long term rental.
30 day minimum, 90 day maximum.
Available for 1-3 months. NO Year leases.
Please answer my standard questions at the end.
The posted daily rate is the monthly rate (30 X nightly listed rate).
Old Mill District at Southern Crossing. 2 minutes to the river and trails, easy walk to: Old Mill Shopping, Dilly Dally Coffee, Sisters Coffee, Anthony's, Lady Bird, Regal Theater, Amphitheater, Bend Farewell Park.
3 bdrm/2 bath, fully FURNISHED home.
Maximum 4 people.
The neighborhood has rural feel. 1/3 acre lot. Large front (with table and chairs) & back (with BBQ and lounge chairs) decks. BBQ, space for RV parking if arranged in advance. Fenced grass yard, 1400 sq ft.
Remodeled manufactured home - in 2017 (new refrigerator, new carpet, flooring, shower, tub, paint), kitchen in 2023/2024 (including new sink, faucet, dishwasher, cabinets, flooring). Heat pump in 2024.
Utilities and Wifi included. Heat pump provides A/C.
A truly tranquil location. Uniquely relaxed neighborhood. So close to the river and Bend Farewell Park with tube/kayak put-in. I start my mornings by drawing an expresso and walking the river. Ahh...
Or go the other direction on river walk to the Old Mill Shopping
A dog is welcome with preapproval. Please pick up after pets and vacuum hair.
A/C (heat pump).
Wifi and 50" Smart TV (LGPlus provides expanded channels with movies and news and stuff. Local TV stations provided via antenna). Weber BBQ. Fenced front and side yard (grass).
Guest bedroom TV has no antenna.
Shop and area in back-of-fence, including greenhouse, are for owner's use and storage. Lean-to room off back deck available for you.
The 3rd bedroom set up as an office. Please advise if you need the third bedroom with a bed. Either a single or double "aerobed" (Double-tall) can be provided. The back room off of the laundry room is also set up as an office with monitor.
Electric capped at $150, WiFi limit 500GB.

Great stay Dennis was always available for questions and very helpful. Great neighborhood and farewell park is right down the street , its wonderful, we had a great time!
