I’ll start with all of the things we enjoyed. The location was great! The house is somewhat secluded and provided beautiful views. The outside had plenty of room for multiple vehicles to park. The kitchen was well stocked with cleaning supplies and dishes. I would just suggest having a dish rag or two for wiping down counters and tables. There was a sponge and a couple of larger dish towels, but no dish rags. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were good sizes. There were a few issues we had during our stay. The rooms listed as having no A/C are labeled incorrectly in the photos. The listing shows two queen beds while it was actually two of the king beds. When we arrived, those rooms were 80 but we opened windows and turned on the fans to help cool them down. The internet didn’t work for our entire stay. The TVs showed a loading symbol and phones and other devices also were unable to work with the WiFi provided. The entire bottom floor of the house smelled of mice, we saw a mouse inside on our first day, heard mice inside during the night, and saw mouse droppings in several areas of the house. There also isn’t any dumpster for trash and we were required to haul the trash to another location that had a dumpster. The house and location have potential to be a great mountain getaway; however, we would not return due to the mouse infestation.
