Floors dirty. Peanuts on floor, dustwebs. Needs hand towels and bed lamps. Basement needs air conditioning and dehumidifier for musty smell. Otherwise nice property and great location. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The house has one usable bedroom and one in a basement area that we were not comfortable using due to the mildew odor, lack of egress and steep stairs. The main floor was pleasant and a tad dated. The living room and bedroom had no lamps so it was ceiling light or darkness my old friend. A side table on side of bed and in the living room would have enhanced the area. The neighborhood is fantastic with nice walking spaces. The property manager was very responsive to our call on a minor issue that was due to a power outage.
