About this house rental
After arrival, a bright, spacious and newly furnished 70 m² holiday apartment awaits you on the 1st floor. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a bathroom with a bathtub, there are 4 additional rooms available. A bedroom and dining room, as well as a cozy living room with a couch, television and plenty of reading material.
If necessary, another bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00m) can be used.
The bedroom, dining and living room have direct access to the sunny south-facing balcony.
All rooms (except the bathroom) have wooden parquet floors. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.
Layout: On the 1st floor: (Living room(single sofa bed, TV), dining room(dining table), Kitchen(electric kettle, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer), bedroom(double bed), bedroom(double bed), bathroom(shower, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer, Towels incl.)) balcony, garden furniture

The apartment was comfortable and well-furnished, with everything we needed for our week-long stay, The location in Oberstaufen is ideal for those looking to enjoy both nature and local attractions, We visited the Museum Beim Strumpfar, which was just a short walk away, and had a great time exploring the area, The hosts were friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze, While the weather could have been better, the apartment itself was a great home base, Would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet getaway

The apartment was fantastic! It was very cozy, with a charming ambiance, I particularly loved the reading material available in the living room, The location is excellent for exploring the area, and we found the nearby Museum Beim Strumpfar to be quite fascinating

We had a lovely stay at the Holiday Apartment Lucky Guy! The space was bright and spacious, perfectly designed for our family, We really appreciated the cozy living room where we could unwind after a day of exploring, The south-facing balcony was a delightful spot for our morning coffee, Plus, with the nearby Cafe Sonne just a short walk away, we enjoyed some great meals without having to venture far, Overall, a fantastic experience! Definitely a place we would return to

Spacious and well-furnished – this apartment ticked all the boxes for our group, We loved the cozy atmosphere and all the amenities provided, It was a bit of a trek to some attractions, but the peaceful surroundings made up for it
