Check in was good. Condo was nice, clean, comfortable and loved the fireplace. Close proximity to town so we could walk to shops and restaurant. Nice view of river

The managers of the property were awesome!! The room was nice. Very centrally located to restaurants, and downtown. For older people with limitations or disabilities make sure you get on the ground floor, as there is no elevator. We needed an extra blanket, which the office gladly provided upon request. There were no amenities in the room, other than soap, towels, toilet paper, coffee maker and filters. So you have to buy or bring everything and haul it up 1 or 2 flights of stairs. Owners need to update room and do a hard scrub. we love north GA

Housekeeping needs a refresher course on how to clean.
back side of handles on refrigerator not clean, stove top not clean, and the floors left our feet black. Front desk check people were very nice. And we liked the location.
