Discover a serene getaway in Hampton with two generously sized bedrooms, featuring a queen bed in the master and two single beds in the second room, along with a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. Enjoy the convenience of Netflix, complimentary high-speed WiFi, and hassle-free parking. Embrace relaxation in the cozy living area, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. With its prime location near the shore, this retreat offers endless opportunities for seaside exploration and relaxation.
• We may ask for a government-verified photo ID, such as a driver's licence or your passport for security purposes.
• No unregistered guests allowed. Please insert correct guest number including children that they must be registered as guests on the booking.
• WE HAVE A STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY. Smoking or vaping inside the house is also strictly prohibited. Penalties may apply.
• Excessive noise will not be tolerated; please respect the quiet hours of 9pm-8am.
• Please leave the property in clean and tidy condition.
• All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you leave the property. Please turn off the air-conditioner and lights to conserve electricity.
• Please do not lose the house key; charges will be applied if it is lost, damaged or not returned.
• Do not leave excess rubbish behind. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge may apply.
• Please be aware that a 24-hour security camera is installed at the front, facing outside for added security.
• Happy to discuss long-term or recurring bookings at a suitable rate, please feel free to contact me.
• The primary booking person is also responsible for the compliance of those rules by all other guests.

What a lovely area! So many beaches and walks along the beach paths and up on the cliffs. Also close to shops and places to eat.

We enjoyed our stay.It was quite,near the shops and beach.A lovely area.The only thing wrong was that we couldn't find an outside rubbish bin.
