About this cabin rental

Enjoy a peaceful and cozy stay in this guest cabin situated on 22 acres with views of Mt Rushmore in the distance. 15 mins from both Custer State Park or Rapid City. Cabin offers 2 queen beds, shower, sink, heat, AC, breakfast nook with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, utensils. Excellent cell service. Picnic area just outside of cabin to enjoy views of Rushmore Mtn Range. 220V camper or EV outlet attached to cabin next to parking pad. Clean private outdoor toilet next to cabin.

This was a no-frills cabin with an outdoor porta-potty and was just what we were looking for to wind down and enjoy each other and nature. The kids loved the South Dakota rocks and cactus in the grass and bunk beds and we liked the no-screen family time and gorgeous views.

Clint’s place was exactly as described and in a perfect location for exploring Wind Cave NP Mt Rushmore, Custer State Park and The Badlands. Clint was also very responsive, both checking on us and replying to questions. We experienced a hail storm while visiting and he told us to pull into his garage. Saving us from damage:)
