Phenomenal, immaculately cleaned vacation home! This was probably the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. The house and hosts leave absolutely nothing to be desired and everything that you need for an excellent vacation has been thought of! There’s room everywhere for kids and families so everyone gets to do what they want when they want! There’s a TV everywhere you look plus a pool table and games for the kids to keep busy. The beautiful, quiet Florida beaches are just steps away and the heated pool and backyard oasis literally mean you can take 5 steps out on the the screened in patio and be in the pool. The kitchen was impressively stocked and a brand new gas grill was waiting for us give it a try. From plenty of beach towels, to coolers, beach chairs and even carts to pull your stuff to the beach with, these hosts have thought of everything you’ll need so you don’t have to! One of the absolute best family vacations we’ve had and we can’t wait to return! Would rent again without hesitation 10/10 experience!!!

The house was beautiful and VERY clean! The reason for the 4 star is because the kitchen faucet was broken, the screen on the lanai was ripped, the grill was in horrible condition and out of propane, and the upstairs shower curtain had mold on it. There is also a camera in the garage that is not in the listing. Overall, the house is very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and just like the listing. The pool was nice and warm when we arrived and was so enjoyable all week. We loved the covered balcony and front porch with ocean views. The location to the beach was incredible. There’s a few things that could be added like bath mats, door mats inside the front door and extra paper supplies. The beach wagon and some of the backpack chairs need replacing. But overall it was a fantastic stay! Highly recommend this house if you’re looking to stay in Palm Coast!
