Very beautiful view for this independent house (with private entrance and parking) completely restored in an outbuilding of the main house. Isolated and overlooking the hamlet, this house offers the tranquility and charm of the Charolais bocage.

First floor: living room of 25 m² with dining table for 6/8 guests, a desk and wifi unit, living room of 10m² with a sofa bed and television, equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet and terrace with a dining table for 6/8 people, deckchairs, a barbecue.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, shower room and toilet with sink.
You will have a wooded plot of about 1500m² with access to the 8X4 swimming pool.
3 kms away "Les jardins de Champlecy" will offer you seasonal vegetables and microgreens, 4 kms away the Marcelizon farm can provide you with eggs, terrines and free-range poultry and 5 kms away the Bons Vivants farm will delight your taste buds with its goat's cheeses.
Located 6 kms from Charolles, called the little Venice of Charolais where you can find all the necessary shops and supermarkets as well as restaurants (including the Michelin-starred restaurant Doucet), cinema, tennis, museums... the Maison du Champ is located at the end of a cul-de-sac about 400 meters from the hamlet it dominates. This cul-de-sac leads to the fields where the famous Charolais cows graze! A nearby path will allow you to join the hiking trails and access the Auberge du Vieux Chêne, located near the church about 2 Kms from the church.
