Welcome to this inviting Parisian apartment, ideally located in the authentic Batignolles district. Bright and fully equipped, it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay for two.
The living room features a sofa bed (170 x 93 cm with mattress topper), a dining table with two chairs, a portable air conditioner, and a large fan. Sofa bed linens are in the entrance. A second sleeping option is available upon request when booking. The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200 cm) with a hybrid memory foam and latex mattress, drawer storage, clothes rack, Smart TV with streaming services, desk with chair, and a fan on the storage unit.
The kitchen includes a quiet fridge-freezer, dishwasher, convection oven, two ceramic hobs, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker with thermos, and toaster. The bathroom offers a spacious shower, electric water heater, towel warmer, new washer with quick cycle, and hairdryer. Two towels per guest are provided. Separate WC with window. Bed linen, towels, and dish towels are included.
Self check-in via key box, instructions sent before arrival. Flexible check-in times depending on availability.

Owner available and accommodating. Great location and clean but modest unit. Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable. Toilette in a closet, can't close door.
