About this house rental
Summary:
Best private room in all of Downtown Roanoke. Located right in the heart of Roanoke, this BRAND NEW private room is located less then a 6 minute walk from any place downtown, no car needed! All amenities provided from lots of Fresh Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap, Coffee, & More! All you need to do is bring clothes and you're all set! The bedroom has a BRAND NEW 55" LED TV complete with Roku (You will need to use your logins). Every amenity you could need is provided during your stay!
The Space:
You will have access to the main entrance floor where your bedroom will be located. The bedroom has a grade 3 (highest security) keyless entry lock both into the building along with your bedroom. Everything you could need is provided for your stay from Fresh Sheets and Towels, toiletries, coffee & more. The common area and bathroom are cleaned daily! PLEASE NOTE ONLY 1 GUEST IS ALLOWED PER BOOKING.
Guest Access:
You'll have access to all of the main floor which includes your bedroom, bathroom, living room, and small kitchenette. Please note the kitchenette doesn't have a stove, dishwasher etc. It does have cups, silverware, microwave, sink and a refrigerator. Not a place to make meals, but store them and heat them up if needed
The Neighborhood:
You will be located right in the heart of downtown Roanoke, but still have a private parking spot right in front of the building! Everything is within walking distance, no need for a car once you've arrived, it's quicker to walk somewhere even compared to an Uber! This is the only listing in all of Roanoke that is located in downtown!
Getting Around:
Once you've arrived I would recommend walking everywhere since you will be right downtown. This way you do not need to worry about having to pay for parking during your stay.

I'm available 24/7 both by text, call, and thru airbnb! I live just down the street so if you need anything at all, it can be provided for you instantly!

The location is within 5 minutes walking distance to the market square in Downtown Roanoke. The property was clean, well maintained, easy to find, with a parking space in front. There is even recycling! I did not understand from the listing description that this is a hostel. I thought the private bedroom contained a bathroom and kitchenette, which is incorrect. The living room, kitchen, and one bathroom are all shared between guests. Only the bedroom is private, which contains a bed, 2 nightstands, 2 lamps, a fan, two shelves and 2 hanging rods for clothes. I think leaving this review to make that a bit more clear will be helpful to others. Great space if you don't mind sharing a bathroom.

Unless you have a subscription to Things like Netflix and such you have no tv. The ad was misleading as far as the entire apartment you share a bathroom and kitchen you only have a bedroom to yourself. In saying that it was still a nice experience.
