This 2-bedroom apartment in Madrid is the perfect retreat for families and friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The apartment is located on the third floor and is accessible by lift.
The living room features a comfortable sofa and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee while enjoying the city views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, a drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.
The two bedrooms feature a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. One of the bedrooms even has an ensuite and a closet, offering extra privacy and storage space, the other one is small, but with a double bed.
The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

The location of this property is awesome! It’s much larger than I expected. The furnishings are minimal, as is contact with property management. I had to reach out to receive check in forms (required in Spain). I also reached out to say the shower was draining slow and had caused some flooding in the bathroom and they were not remotely concerned.
