OTHER THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
PAYMENTS & SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be held on the guest’s credit card (card must be physically present). The amount will be released automatically at the end of the stay (release times depend on your bank). In case of damage or regulation violations, we reserve the right to withhold an amount to cover expenses.

ONLINE CHECK-IN & CONTRACT
After booking, online check-in is required (ID upload and selfie for each guest). Your data will be processed in compliance with the GDPR Regulation. A tourist rental contract must be signed; the official contract is in Italian, with an English courtesy copy provided prior to arrival.
KEY COLLECTION
Key pickup and document signing take place at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.
WASTE DISPOSAL
A door-to-door waste collection system is in place. Please use the correct bags and dispose of waste properly before departure.
