Important Information
Parking - you can park a maximum of two cars at Boardwalk. If you need offsite parking we can provide suggestions.
*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties.
Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

We had a great time and enjoyed staying at this home. Clean rooms and bathrooms. I recommend eating at the restaurant next door on the right. The food was great and prices were reasonable, they are closed on Mondays. Walk next door for a wonderful meal.

We really loved this condo! It was clean and updated as it shows in the pictures. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pans etc. Location was great! Beach was amazing! The only real negative for me were the beds. The king desperately needs to be replaced. We are a family of 5, kids are two young adults and one older teen so not little kids who can sleep anywhere. Im assuming most people stay at places like this for 5-7 nights. A decent bed is a must. Also this condo does not come with any beach necessities. You can rent chairs and an umbrella from a company on the beach but that's all. Just for people looking for that info. Overall we would stay here again, hoping for a mattress upgrade though..haha. We even slept sideways one night trying to find some comfort.=)

Great stay! All we needed was close by. We even walked to the Hangout! The condo was super nice and very clean. We really enjoyed how uncrowded the beach was assuming because the place only has around 70 units and we were able to rent chairs/umbrella right in front of the building. We would definitely stay again if we get the opportunity!
