Arriving by car you will have the security of not having to think about a parking space before leaving, being able to take advantage of the private garage located directly under the house. This is one of the thoughts that torment travelers before leaving but we will solve the problem for you.

If you arrive by train, you will be exactly 12min walk from the apartment or 4min by taking a taxi or bus.
Logistically excellent also for those who need to use the services of the nearby "Santa Corona" hospital.

Once you reach the side of the building, just take the keys from the safe.

Continuing for 20 metres, a short private driveway will branch off on your left, which takes you in front of the main entrance of the condominium while continuing further, you will have access to the garage.

Once you have parked your car, a handful of steps separate you from the door of the building.
Your apartment is located on the first floor!

As soon as you cross the threshold, you will have access to the living area.
On your right there is the comfortable sofa bed and the 32" Full HD high definition television with Disney+ account offered by the house.

A free WiFi access panel will make you immediately feel at home.

Continuing further, you can access the balcony overlooking the urban panorama and a beautiful glimpse of the sea. A small table equipped with outdoor chairs will allow you to take up your space in total peace and tranquility.

To the left of the entrance, you will find the kitchen equipped with everything you need. Hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.

Some pods and infusions of various essences are offered by the house.

A table for 4 completes the kitchen. Dishes, cutlery, pots of various kinds as well as sachets of salt, oil, vinegar and sugar are placed in the various compartments of the living area.

Continuing into the next room, after passing a small hallway, with a wardrobe containing the washing machine for free use, you will have access to the spacious bathroom, equipped with complete ceramic bathroom fixtures, including a large shower with which you can regenerate yourself before going to sleep. A 100% Made in Italy Welcome Kit consisting of Shampoo, Intimate Hygiene, Bar of Soap and Cap is offered by the house.

To the right of the bathroom, you will have access to the bedroom. A comfortable Queen Size bed will pamper you at night.
Wardrobe and bedside tables are available to accommodate your luggage and personal effects.
Also from here you will have access to the balcony which connects to the living area.

In addition to the master bedroom, a third and fourth guest can find space on the sofa with two additional single beds, transforming the room into a second bedroom at night.

Sheets, linens, pillows, duvets and towels are available for your stay.

And when you are away from home? You are in Liguria, a region famous for its beautiful coasts and beaches, set in rocky coves where you can go for a swim or take unforgettable souvenir photos.

For those who love good food or aperitif and after-dinner venues, the city of Loano offers many options where you can taste the typical dishes of the region such as pesto and focaccia.

Its neighborhood, right next to the promenade, offers a myriad of shops in which to go shopping.

The proximity to Ceriale and Alassio makes it strategically suitable for the entertainment offered by the "Le Caravelle" Water Park or for a visit to the renowned "Città del Muretto".

Outdoor enthusiasts will have Finale Ligure just a few kilometers away. Bikers and rock climbers from all over the world reach these destinations every year.
