We require a photocopy of the driver`s license or valid government id of the lead guest to match the name on the credit card used for booking.
No noise outside after 9 pm, please be respectful to our neighbors.
The penalty for smoking inside the house is $300.00
We pre-authorize $1000 on your credit card for the security deposit which will be released within 3 business days after checkout.

We absolutely loved this condo. What a fabulous location right on the Boardwalk with lovely ocean views. If you use the parking lot immediately across the street, make sure you are not even a minute late getting back to your vehicle. They are constantly towing people and the price is not cheap.
