Keeping it quaint! This is a beautifully remodeled 2 bd 1 bath, 1 & 1/2 story craftsman home with a peek morning view of Mount Rainier! Centrally located in the heart of Tacoma, this home is within walking distance of grocery, shops, restaurants and more! Be sure to check out all Tacoma has to offer, Pt. Defiance Zoo, glass museum, and more. Minutes from I-5, head north 33 miles to Seattle or south 30 miles to Olympia! Make it an all-day trip and visit MT Rainier 59 mi or Ocean Shores 101 mi.
The space
Nice cozy quiet house. It is currently minimalistic and set up as a mid-term rental. The house is big enough for 4 comfortably. All the basics in the brand-new kitchen to prepare and cook. Brand new washer and dryer in a nice sized laundry room.
Guest access
Guests have full house access. The Garage is off limits for short term stays.
Other things to note
Bathroom is not on the same floor as bedrooms.
There are streaming services in addition to wifi available (no cable).

The listing was accurate and the house was a comfortable and easy get to. Communication from the host was timely and accurate. I took off one star for the overall cleanliness. The bathroom had many random hairs in the shower, on the walls and in the sink and there were large food crumbs on the back deck. I would stay here again.

We (husband, kids) came to visit my sister, her hubs and new baby who lives about 1 mile away from this place. It was simple, clean, safe, exactly what we needed. Thanks for the easy way to enter and leave the home. The slippers were a great touch!

The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen, bathroom, and laundry are quite nice and seemed very clean and well-stocked. The location was a couple of blocks different than we expected, but not a huge problem. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. We somehow did not understand from the listing that both bedrooms were upstairs and far from the bathroom. James was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

We had a really good time in the house.
Beautiful interior design, enough space for four adults in a good neighbourhood and own yard with grill.
We loved the terrace in the mornings and evenings.
Appreciated the provided household products like dishwasher tabs, toilet and kitchen papers and laundry detergent very much.
As a further improvement we might suggest to attach some coat hooks in the entrance and bathroom and provide a laundry rack.
As we travelled with three women, an additional mirror could have helped us in the mornings ;)
Overall a perfect holiday home.
