The beds were very comfortable. The shower was nice. The front yard was nice for the dogs the back yard they had to be on a leash. Cute little place. The neighbors were so nice and the location was perfect. Close to everything we wanted to do.

We were in Cañon City for 2 nights to visit our mom. The price of this house was very affordable, but it was kind of rough. I am hoping it is a work in progress, but it doesn’t seem like the improvements are being done that well. The beds and couch were comfortable, which was important. The appliances in the kitchen were updated and I loved the cute coffee cups, but the kitchen was not outfitted with many essentials and the cabinets and countertops were ancient. The bathroom was clean and I had no issues with anything there, although it was tiny. All in all, the house was just ok.
