We stayed here during a convention so most of the time we were not in the house. The house was clean and comfortable. It was also secure with electronic locks, so no worrying about keys. Plenty of towels for cleaning up during our stay and there's a washer and dryer available. Also having a clean kitchen was nice. We thought that the mattress was a little too soft and the pillows were too large. I ended up taking a pillow case and putting it over the decorative pillow and that worked out to be perfect.For some reason the trash was collected at 04:00 in the morning. I was surprised the municipality would allow that. Maybe there was something unusual about this week? Anyway, it was a comfortable place to stay during our visit.

At first glance the property was very nice, seemed to be kept up but after further inspection I found the tub had not been cleaned in a very long time, the master bath had globs of hair all over the floor. Upon further inspection, it seemed the floors were not mopped and I seriously doubt they had been swept. I contacted the rental agent and she was very apologetic and offered to come clean, this was at 9pm. I appreciated her offer & willingness to make it right. I had already cleaned the tub & bathroom floor. The tub was a lot nastier than I originally thought. She compensated me for 1 night stay. I will say the beds are not for someone with back issues or older citizens, kids loved the super soft squishy beds. And lastly, the washer needs to either be replaced or cleaned by a professional. I would not was my dogs blankets in it. As for security, I did feel safe, somewhat, the lock on the front door is a deadbolt but the back door is just a regular door knob. We used a chair to put under it for extra precautions since we did not know the neighborhood. We did have a big problem with the thermostat. It's a SmartHome & touch dial & programmed. It was set on Eco/84-80, we're a hotblooded family. We fought with the AC most of our stay. If we could've kept it at 73, at least the nights would've been a little more pleasant. All in all, we did enjoy our stay. We were minutes from the beach. The only amenities we used were the Kurig, TVs (for Nintendo) & fridge.
