About this house rental
Excellent house, located in the Condominium Fazenda Praia do Forte, integrated with nature, with swimming pool, gym, rustic lounge and country kitchen.
My space has 4 suites, both with air conditioning and a living room integrated with the kitchen. In the external area, a gourmet balcony with barbecue, swimming pool and hammock.
We take care of the house with all the affection and care, in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**Water and energy consumption is charged at the end of the stay;
***A deposit of R$1,500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.
****** At check-in and check-out, readings are taken from the energy and water meters to calculate consumption and subsequent billing. For energy consumption calculation, a rate of R$ 1.10 per kilowatt used is applied. Water consumption is estimated based on Embasa's summer tariff table. (Check the values at the link: https://www.embasa.ba.gov.br/w/tarifas-2025)
*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.
The composition of the rooms is as follows:
Suite 1 (ground floor): 3 single beds, split air conditioning, fan, blackout curtain and wardrobe;
Suite 2 (superior): 2 single beds, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and wardrobe;
Suite 3 (superior): 2 single beds, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and wardrobe;
Suite 4 (superior): 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and wardrobe.
Note: Suites 2 and 3 can join the single beds to make a double bed.
Charming condominium at the entrance of Praia do Forte, integrated with nature. It has strict rules of coexistence and respect among neighbors and protection of nature. It is adjacent to the Sapiranga Ecological Reserve and has a wide variety of birds. It has a club with swimming pool, gym, rustic lounge and rustic cuisine.
Praia do Forte is an excellent place to be in contact with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches. In addition, its intense nightlife, with many options of bars and restaurants, is a strong point of the location.
Its distance to Salvador International Airport is 61.9 km.
