The downstairs entertainment area, accessible from the carport, features a billiard table that doubles as a ping-pong table, a TV, and a convenient half bath. Upstairs, the open-concept living area brings the kitchen, dining space, and family room together, creating a comfortable space to gather and unwind.
The primary suite features a king bed, full bathroom, and walk-in closet. Down the hall, the first guest bedroom offers a bunk bed with both a full and twin bed, while the second guest bedroom features a queen bed. A full bathroom and laundry closet conveniently connect the two guest rooms.
Step through the doors from the family room onto the terrace, where hanging egg chairs and a table with seating for four provide the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
