Get settled in to this cozy new build in Poulan, GA featuring 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Whether you’re looking for a quick weekend staycation, a stop in between travel, or a home to get away in during the holidays (yep, better book soon), this is the stay for you!
With included bath towels, bath products, kitchenware, in-unit washer & dryer, and other necessities, you’ll feel like you don’t want to leave (or at least that you don't have to leave - conveniently). This cozy cottage is located 4 minutes from downtown Sylvester, 30 minutes to Moultrie, & 22 minutes to Tifton. We are happy to accommodate guests for the Calico Arts & Crafts Shows, Moultrie Automotive Swap Meet & Car Corral, the Sunbelt Ag Expo, and other events requiring overnight lodging.

The place was perfect for what we needed. My sister was getting married and we needed a place for my wife, mother and our dog and this worked out GREAT!

Clean, newly renovated home in a quiet neighborhood with a nice park just out the front door. Our dogs enjoyed their stay as well with the spacious backyard. The host had clear and easy check-in and check-out processes as well.

We were in town for a wedding and found this listing. We booked it and the pictures don't do it justice. The house was perfect for our family. Everything is brand new and felt like home. We absolutely loved the high ceilings in the living room and talked about building a house like it. We would recommend this house to anyone for sure. Thank you for the hospitality and everything was exceptional!
