About this apartment rental
This unit is beautifully maintained and tastefully designed with great coastal decor that says "welcome to vacation!" Located on the 2nd floor, so relax and enjoy the horizon straight out over the BIG BLUE ATLANTIC OCEAN. Tile floors throughout, new family room furnishings, updated kitchen and appliances, well-stocked for meals, all beautifully styled from room to room. The large sectional contains a pull-out sleeper sofa. Double sliding glass doors on 2 walls, gives full views and access to the balcony for dining under the stars.
The oceanfront master bedroom (King) has a private e-suite bathroom (shower stall) with an extra dressing vanity for her. Flat screen TV and access to the balcony for coffee in the morning. The second guest bedroom (Queen) is spacious with it's own private bathroom (shower stall). The third bedroom (Twins) is kids retreat with a full tub/shower combo bathroom (shared hall bath). Both guest rooms also have flat screen TVs. The condo is stocked with kids games, of course, FREE wi-fi, too.
SORRY -- NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO MOTORCYCLES ALLOWED. Your reservation includes bed and bath linens, with beds freshly made upon arrival, plus departure cleaning, & a small "starter kit" of paper products. Enjoy grilling by the beach, splashing in the pool and private walkway over to the beautiful sands of Windy Hill.

Plan to see a great broadway-style LIVE musical production at The Alabama Theatre. Location of this unit was wonderful. Balcony was overlooking the dunes and ocean, so amazingly peaceful. Building was smaller than ones we have stayed in before which was lovely as it meant fewer beach goers vying for the beach space. Building only has one elevator, but we only had to wait once or twice and then it was just for a minute or so. Room was taken care of and had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay. We arrived late at night and left early and had to do the alternate check in/out. Process was very easy.
