About this house rental
The house is located in front of the forest of Sion. You will just have to cross the road and you can enjoy walks in the forest and access the beach 300m away on foot.
Cycle paths in front allow you to follow the coast by bike!
You are located just 5 minutes from the village of Sion on the ocean with its beautiful cornice which will offer you magnificent landscapes and sunsets...
The house is about 10 minutes from Saint Gilles croix de vie and 10 minutes from Saint Jean de Monts .
Come and enjoy amusement and water parks (Atlantic Toboggan, dino's Park, explora Park, youplaland, felling forest, quad loc... )
Salt marshes to visit, devil's hole...

Near the Corniche de Sion, you will find the port of Saint Gilles Croix de vie with many activities:

The dining room is surrounded by large bay windows to enjoy maximum light and has a large table that can accommodate nearly 10 people and also a central island with stools .

1 master suite with bathroom -walk-in shower with 2 sinks and heated towel rail.

Kitchen equipment for the house: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, extractor, hob, toaster, filter coffee maker and pods as well as a washing machine.
Basic equipment: pillows, duvets, bath mats, and 2 dish towels are provided at no extra charge.
Other remarks:
-sheets and towels are not provided.
Possibility of renting:
Sheets for double bed:15€/bed
Sheets for single bed:8€/bed
Towels 3€ per unit.
