Retail shops, family-friendly dining options, a convenience store, and a Publix Supermarket can all be found within a mile of the house. Marco Island Public Beach Access is within four miles of your front door.
The home's single-level living space is beautifully appointed for elegant coastal living. The full kitchen has everything you need for home cooking or preparing snacks on the go. Modern essentials like central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer ensure complete comfort and convenience throughout your stay. Smart TVs are equipped for casual home entertainment.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
Dock details: Not accessible for guests boats to dock or use boat lift.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This house was perfect for our extended family get together. We all fit perfectly with 5 adults and 5 children. The pool and dock were perfect for daily swimming and fishing! Everything on the island is 10 minutes from going to the beach, boating (at Dolphin Marina) and dining a breeze. The food in Marco island is some of the best we have ever had We had the best time in this wonderful home. No need to make sure you have pool toys, plenty of towels, beach chairs, bikes fishing poles it’s all provided! The local tack shop is around the corner as well as publix. Literally everything you could need for the week is at your fingertips.

Sweet Waterfront Retreat is an absolutely beautiful home with every amenity. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more, loved the comfortable family room and most of all the pool area. It was nice having the lanai for all us of to enjoy. Bedrooms were roomy, beds and linens luxurious. The area off the kitchen was perfect for games and card playing. Also, large washer & dryer! Perfect for our family! This is our 2nd visit to this house and we will be back again.

Overall we were pleased with our stay. The home was clean and well stocked, appears to have had recent renovations. Home was stocked with all essentials needed. We would stay again.
Worth noting: you have to pay an additional fee to heat the HOT TUB..
