(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

My family of four had a wonderful stay- each daughter had their own room, the shared bathroom was a great size with two sinks. The kitchen was well stocked and nicely updated. I enjoyed the back porch for coffee in the morning and the location was so convenient to the grocery store, restaurants and shops. It was also a short walk to the beach. We'd highly recommend the house.

My family enjoyed our stay at Champagne and Sunsets. The house is beautiful, clean and looks brand new. It has an open layout which worked out well with my family. The marsh view in the back is absolutely stunning, especially at sunset.
The location is steps away from the grocery store, shops and restaurants. This was definitely one of our favorite homes we’ve stayed at in Edisto Beach.

The cottage was nice but some things were not as clean as before. We killed 3 roaches and 3 huge spiders so peat control is a problem. There were hairs left in the tubs and the window sills which needs to be addressed by the cleaner.We were only left with 1/2 roll of paper towels that had been used. I don’t think we will rent against this was a very pricy stay and there are many more options. I am very disappointed as this was our go to place. We will look at other option for our next stay. The price had also doubled from our previous stays.
