THE SPACE
Welcome to our family-friendly beach condo, where comfort meets convenience! With sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests, including 4 adults and 2 kids, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind. Retreat to the cozy bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed for a restful night's sleep. In the living room, a comfortable sleeper sofa easily converts into an additional bed for two adults, while the kids will love the two junior sized bunk beds located in the hallway.
Our condo kitchenette, where functionality meets charm! Compact yet well-equipped space features modern appliances, including a stove, microwave, and refrigerator, allowing you to whip up your favorite meals with ease. With clever storage solutions and ample counter space, meal prep becomes a breeze. Whether you're brewing your morning coffee or cooking up a quick snack, our small condo kitchen has everything you need for a delightful stay.
For the beach lovers
Gear up for a day of fun in the sun with our complimentary beach essentials! Step out onto the sandy shores fully equipped with our convenient beach wagon, perfect for transporting all your gear with ease. Lounge in comfort on our two provided beach chairs, while our beach towels keep you dry and cozy. And for the little ones, we have sand toys galore, ensuring endless hours of sandy adventures. With everything you need right at your fingertips, your beach day is bound to be a blast!

You’ll check in at the resort’s 24-hour front desk to receive your parking permit and pool wristbands.
Important: Casa Del Mar strictly enforces occupancy limits—maximum of 6 guests total (no more than 4 adults).
Casa Del Mar does not allow pets.

Our family of 5 had a great stay! The location was amazing. It was a quick walk right to the beach and a short drive to local attractions. We enjoyed all of the extras provided in the condo, including the wagon and beach chairs. My kids really enjoyed having tvs in the bunk beds, which gave them their own space to hang out and relax. The property was exactly as described and a wonderful place to stay. Care and thought were put into making it a clean, organized, and comfortable space for guests. It was a perfect getaway for our family.

We stayed at the Coastal Pelican for a relaxing getaway, and that’s exactly what we got! The host was exceptionally kind, accommodating, and helpful! The condo had everything we needed for our stay and MORE! It was close to all of the things Galveston has to offer, entertainment, food, and shopping! We highly recommend the Coastal Pelican, it was a 10/10 stay for us!

This property was everything we needed for our trip. It is a little small which you can tell from the the pictures on the listing. But it worked out fine for us. Joyce is a wonderful host! She replies fast and made sure we had everything we need. We would stay here again, our trip was wonderful.
