About this house rental
Beach house with large gourmet area.
If you desire peace, quiet, and contact with nature, this is the ideal place.
The house is located in Vila das Pedrinhas (an old fishing village), a central point between the North and South of Ilha Comprida – SP, and boasts numerous tourist attractions:
• Boqueirão Sul – Cardoso Island, Cananéia (historical city), Trincheira (deserted beach) and boat trips.
• Boqueirão Norte – is the typical coastal town square, with shows, bars, restaurants, a shopping center, an emergency room, and access to Iguape (a beautiful historical city).
• Vila das Pedrinhas – boat trips, fishing trips, oysters and fresh fish, ecological deck over the mangrove (magnificent sunset), dunes on the beach, fountains and showers with waterfall water, and the famous pier over the small sea (river).
The house, located on the main avenue, close to bakeries, a small market, restaurants, 4km from the beach (accessible by car) and 250m from the small river.
The main attraction of the house is the complete gourmet area with a balcony, barbecue, pizza oven, and wooded backyard, perfect for family gatherings.
It also has a games room with a pool table, card games and chess.
There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 bunk beds, accommodating up to 6 people. It has an internal bathroom (with shower) and a toilet in the gourmet area.
All rooms have ceiling/wall fans.
Covered garage with capacity for 2 cars and uncovered garage with capacity for another 2 cars.
TV for Blu-ray use only (we offer a vast catalog of films).
The house does not have Wi-Fi. You need to bring your own bed linens and towels.
It has a laundry room with a sink for washing clothes. We provide beach chairs and umbrellas.
After the rental is finalized, we will send you the manual for opening the gates, a list of utensils, and other instructions.
