This recent house of 110m2 fully air-conditioned, is designed for 6 people (3 bedrooms).
Description:
- a large fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle) with mountain view. The fridge freezer is located in the pantry with plenty of storage.
- a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed, TV and WiFi. A dining table for 6-8 people.
- a bedroom with a 140×190 bed including a large wall cupboard and its en-suite shower room.
- a tropical wallpaper bedroom with a 160×200 bed with wall cupboard.
- a large bathroom with a separate toilet + washbasin.
- an elephant wallpaper bedroom with a 140×190 bed (the hut bed will be replaced) with wall cupboard.
- a large secure swimming pool (salt treated, not heated) overlooked by a large terrace with an awning.
- an outdoor game for children (slide, swing).
- fully fenced house with electric gate.
Remarks:
- Arrival from 4pm, departure at 10am.
- Linen provided (sheets, duvet covers, towel and bath mat, dish towels)
- Pets allowed.
- Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee: 180 euros extra.
