This duplex is located in the village resort of Gresse en Vercors (380 inhabitants), which offers splendid landscapes, at the foot of the Grand Veymont, with a beautiful view of Mont-Aiguille, the famous summit of the Vercors massif located in the Trièves. And the largest nature reserve in France.
Gresse en Vercors, a family resort, is also the highest village in the Vercors! At an altitude of 1200 metres, it allows in winter the practice of alpine, Nordic and cross-country skiing as well as snowshoeing. In summer, you can find various outdoor activities, in the pure mountain air, hiking, trail running, water sports, tennis, paragliding, orienteering, climbing, educational farm, footbridges of Lake Monteynard.
But also, cinema, swimming pool, yoga classes, astronomical observatory; festival of nature, terroir, mountain pastures; shops, craftsmen, 6 restaurants.

Our 45 m2 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the residence (no elevator). Large parking. Ski lockers.
It has been completely refurbished in 2023, double glazing, roller shutters, insulation +++.
It is on 2 floors, and can accommodate 6 people. It is located a 10-minute walk from the centre of the village, and a 10-minute walk from the slopes.
Municipal swimming pool at the bottom of the residence (for a fee), from June to September.
Grocery, bread depot, cinema, pizzeria, creperie, astronomical observatory, at the bottom of the residence
Free shuttle in winter to the ski slopes

• a bedroom with a bed for 2 people (140), French window onto balcony, forest view

• a living room with equipped kitchen area: induction hob, dishwasher, microwave grill, fridge / freezer, vacuum cleaner, complete crockery, coffee maker, toaster, raclette machine, waffle sandwich, kettle, pressure cooker, Cookeo. This main room is equipped with a TV and sofa.

• a mezzanine with 2 beds for 1 person (trundle beds)

CONDITIONS:
- Accommodation for 6 people max
- Weekly booking: arrival from 4 to 6:30 pm, departure from 8 to 10:30 am
- Reservation for short stays out of season, from 3 nights: arrival from 12 to 6:30 pm, departure from 8 am to 12 pm
- Rates according to season
- End-of-stay cleaning at the expense of the tenants: products available, to be replaced when finished please
- Pets not allowed
- Party and noisy events not allowed
- No smoking in the accommodation
- Plan to bring bed linen (duvet cover, sheets, pillowcase), towels, bath mats, kitchen towels
- Security deposit of 500 euros per bank imprint
