You can discover without leaving the place of residence, the engraved rocks of the Plessis river, the remains of the Clairefontaine sugar house, where The Knight of Saint-Georges was born; the emblematic Tour du Père Labat. Adjacent to Baillif, visit the Distllerie de Bologne to learn the history and the making of this heritage of the island, by going to the Soufriere; On your way to Malendure, make a detour to the Vanibel estate, the café's attic or to the La Griveliere house or also to the Café Chaulet Museum... then dive into the Cousteau Reserve.
