We name each of our properties based on the character of the property. The large terrace of this property faces the beach and the ocean, and no matter how slight the breeze, this terrace catches it. Hence the name, Villa Seabreeze.

• Complimentary beach essentials.
• A 6-passenger golf cart for exploring the resort grounds.

• Secure parking for 2 cars.
• Flexible check-in any time after 3PM, and check-out by 10AM.
• Keys will be provided on-site. We will supply the lock box code before guest arrival, on day of checkin.

The apartment is spacious and well appointed with a beautiful view. The host was accommodating and easy to work with. The grounds are beautiful on a long unspoiled beach. I would definitely come back!

We had an excellent stay. The managing agent for the condo was very easy to communicate with. The condo itself was as pretty as the photos showed & was well located in the Las Ventanas section, near The Beach Club restaurant & pool & also a very short walk to the main hotel area. Having a golf cart provided to get around was a nice perk too. R had a wonderful time here

The property is situated in the St. Regis grounds, and we had full access to all the St. Regis amenities.
The villa itself was large, modern and beautiful, and was true to the pictures and description.
The host was responsive, helpful, and kind, helping to make this a wonderful trip.
