I booked this unit months in advanced, received communication from the office manager regarding our stay and check in process. After driving for over 8hrs, our unit had not been cleaned and was not ready for our arrival. It was a Saturday evening therefore it was difficult to get ahold of anyone for assistance. After 40mins- I finally got someone on the phone who stated “they will try” to get the until cleaned that evening and if not- where were my friends and I supposed to stay?? Everything in the area was booked for the Taylor Swift concert. After waiting for 2hrs, they called back that a cleaning crew will be able to clean but it’ll be another couple hours. The unit was finally cleaned however my friend and I had to wait in the lobby for almost 4hrs before we could get in our room AFTER driving for 8hrs to get to our location. It wasn’t until 10pm we made it to the room.
