Located on Folletts Island just south of Galveston Island. the property has a private dune bridge capable of accommodating your golf cart or side by side. The home features two extra large decks totalling over 2,000 square feet. Sleek kitchen with all the extras, microwave, 5 burner cooktop / Air Fryer oven, croc pot, blender forget the ice chests, it has two refrigerators for all your drinks, dining table seats twelve bar seats 4 free internet, smart tv's in every room, Primary bedroom features a King bed and handicap friendly bath with a roll in shower. Second huge bedroom features a Queen bed and ensuite bath both bunkrooms have two full beds and two custom built-in upper bunks for kids

We had a fabulous week with our adult kids and grandkids and most of it was due to this remarkable home. Homey. Beautiful. Thoughtful—does not say enough! Every room, every chair, every decoration, lighting options… just perfect. We felt so at home. It's by far the best beach house we have ever had!

I had an incredible stay at this beachfront property! The location was unbeatable—just steps away from the ocean, offering stunning sunrise views each morning. The host was exceptionally accommodating, providing beach towels, chairs, and even a surfboard for our use. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the local area guide. Communication was seamless, and check-in was a breeze. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach retreat!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Blue Heron for 10 days. It was everything we hoped for and more. The home was beautiful and had every amenity we could have asked for. We had excellent communication with the host Walter, who was very responsive. I am definitely booking the Blue Heron again next summer!
