Branching from this central expanse, is a second living area with rolling sand dune vistas to the front and family bathroom, separate toilet, laundry, master suite and two additional bedrooms to the rear. Downstairs, a fourth bedroom with sitting area, kitchenette and modern ensuite caters for multi-generational living or teens to kick-back in comfort.
