Towing Policy: Vehicles parked in violation of these rules are subject to immediate towing at the owner's expense.
-If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent.
-We have the right to assess a $500 fine if these rules are violated. Please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 8:00am.

This was a great wknd get-away spot for some rest and downtime. I wanted something that felt like I was outside of Kansas City but didn’t want to drive too far. This was perfect. Great part of town: coffee, fun shops, drinks, food, trail to walk/run. Room was very clean and comfortable; updated accommodations. Small fridge and microwave were helpful to have. The host was very responsive! The only down side to my stay was the whistle of train that runs through the town.

Location of this could not have been better as could walk to all of the shops and the river. Comfortable room with everything could need. Tyler was very responsive to my texts and check in was a breeze. Would definitely recommend.
