-PARK in designated parking spots.Unauthorized parking in someone else's spot or in common areas is not allowed. This includes visitor parking spots, fire lanes, and other non-designated areas.
Towing Policy: Vehicles parked in violation of these rules are subject to immediate towing at the owner's expense.
-If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent.
-We have the right to assess a $500 fine if these rules are violated. Please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 8:00am.
We DON’T host locals unless you have a compelling reason for needing the space. Please inquire first BEFORE booking, otherwise you may be subject to cancellation of your instant book reservation.

Such a great location for a weekend getaway! Unit was right on mainstreet, steps away from cute shops, restaurants, farmers market, antiques, mini golf, etc. Nature sanctuary was just outside town and offered easy walkable natire trails with wildlife sightings! Close enough to KC that we drove to a few used bookstores before coming back to our modern and comfy room. Great communication with hosts, great space overlooking mainstreet....with a coffee shop right across the street:)

This was our first time to Parkville Mo. We like visiting small towns with Antique Shops. The bonus was Parkville Celebrating Parkville Days. The apartment was very clean and had the most comfortable bed in a rental. We liked watching all the action on Main Street and this place delivers! Also, there are benches right below the apartment on Main Street where you can sit and relax. I did, and I talked to the locals about the history of the town. I will stay here again!
