This delightful property lets you soak in all the best views that Omaha has to offer.
Driving into the private fully fenced property you will gaze out to Te Hauturu-o-Toi (Little Barrier) and the surroundings this is mimicked through the whole main level of the house.
Two impressive-sized decks on both the East and West sides of the property let you enjoy the sun all hours of the day, breakfast on the east-facing deck overlooking the ocean and a bbq dinner enjoying the evening sun while still watching the movements of the ocean.
A large and casual lounge is the perfect spot to watch the clouds pass by with the adjoining kitchen which has large glass sliding windows out to the main deck.
The master bedroom and bathroom finish off the main level with a great-sized bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Small office space is available for emergency work calls without having to impact your holiday.
Downstairs host two double bedrooms, a second bathroom and a second lounge that opens to a large grassy yard which is a backyard athlete's dream.
A large double garage has space to hold all your beach toys for easy access each day.
This property is ready to be used to make wonderful family memories and the perfect Instagram sun rise pictures.

Excellent location. Beautifully presented and tasteful home which was very well equipped with everything you would need. Bright and sunny with sea views. Great outdoor/outdoor flow.Short 3 minute walk to beautiful Omaha beach. Pet friendly. Our minauture dachshunds loved it and were welcome in all places we visited. Would highly recommend this property to families.

Truely great home to enjoy with adult family. Perfect little walk to the beach( with use of boogie boards -Thankyou). Never get board of that view. Five night stay that could easily be longer. Love to come back to this home. Big thankyou.
