This cozy condo is just steps from a dip in the pool and a boardwalk stroll away from North Harbor Club restaurant or the Wine Cottage. You'll love spending summer evenings enjoying live music and a cold beverage with lake views and a gorgeous sunset, just a short walk away.
The condo features 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized appliances and plenty of kitchenware for preparing meals at home. The kitchen is open to the living room with breakfast bar seating. The cozy living room features a comfortable sectional perfect for snuggling up with a book or a good movie. A sliding door opens to the covered patio, where you can enjoy outdoor seating, a fire table, and views of the lake and marina, as well as the pool. The patio is covered and perfect for those who like to sit outside and watch a summer storm with a hot cup of tea.
There is ample parking for two cars. Access to the private entrance requires a few steps down to the first floor. This condo is located minutes from historic downtown Davidson and a great way to experience everything Lake Norman has to offer!

Verbally a very nice property but I was ver disappointed with he porch. Furniture old and outdated and porch was very cluttered. Porch Definitely did not live up to posted photos.

The condo unit faces the boat dock harbor of Lake Norman by I-77 Davidson Griffith St. Exit. It is a cute, small 2 bedroom 1 bath, 1 closet unit near the Davidson College exit. The kitchen was tiny, underequipped, no knife set or spices other than salt and pepper. .

Great location-close to the lake and amenities! Cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed at! Had everything we needed and fit our family of 3 well. We brought our dog too, hard to find condos that allow pets. With that being said, you would never know other pets were ever there. Clean and updated. Well kept property and very nice pool as well. We will be back!
