The Agrustos Apartment is a lovely flat for up to four people located within a residence at Agrustos in the municipality of Budoni, a renowned tourist centre in eastern Sardinia. Located on the first floor with access via an external staircase, the flat offers a small panoramic terrace with an outdoor dining area and a splendid sea view.
The beach, reachable by car in 5 minutes, offers crystal-clear sea, shallow, sandy seabed and a wonderful, unspoilt natural landscape. The town centre of Budoni, about 2.5 km away, offers numerous restaurants, bars, and ice-cream parlours where you can taste typical Sardinian dishes, and in the evenings, during the summer, there are numerous events and free shows organised in the streets of the centre. In the area there is the possibility, for enthusiasts, to practice water sports, snorkelling and diving, but also boat trips, horse riding and much more.
Free parking in the vicinity of the flat. Olbia airport is 34 km away.

Agrustos Apartment opens onto a small entrance hall leading to the living room/kitchen equipped with a two-seater sofa bed. From the living room it is possible to exit onto a small terrace where one can enjoy pleasant meals in the open air or sip a good glass of wine while relaxing and enjoying a spectacular sea view.
A double bedroom and a bathroom with shower complete the flat. A TV and washing machine are also available.
The following might be to be paid extra: Final Cleaning, Late Arrival, Refundable Security Deposit, Tourist tax.
