This place was great for my 6 day stay! I had a family reunion in Carmichael and it was a convenient location for many other things in the Sacramento area. The hosts were awesome and it was comforting to come home to their small sweet dogs greeting me. I slept with the sliding door wide open and was lulled to sleep with the sounds of ribbet frogs! I also saw beautiful turkeys that wandered thru the yard and neighborhood. It was a sweet place to lay my head at night and wake up to these iridescent turkeys. Thank you Ethan and Nikki! Would not hesitate to stay with these sweet and responsive hosts if I am in the area again.

Staying with the property owners was a delight. Access was easy and convenient, with close parking. All amenities were provided, comfortable, clean, private, and having a deck off the room was an added benefit. Having the property owners on site also made the visit pleasant and reassuring.

Other than no private entrance (I must have read it wrong before) everything was fine. The room and private bath were nicely equipped with amenities. Comfortable/clean bed.
