The oversized private patio is truly a standout feature, complete with a relaxing lounger sofa and elevated Adirondack seating perfect for sunrise coffee, sunset cocktails, or soaking in the ocean breeze high above East Beach.
Inside, the spacious open-concept kitchen offers sleek modern style with a separate beverage bar and an additional mini refrigerator dedicated to drinks and entertaining. The inviting living room features a queen sleeper sofa and a large 58” Smart TV, creating the perfect place to unwind after a day on the beach.
The beautifully furnished private king bedroom includes luxurious bedding, USB-equipped nightstands, another 58” Smart TV, and its own private balcony with seating for four overlooking the Gulf.
The spa-inspired bathroom features stunning blue tilework, a glass walk-in shower, rain shower head, handheld wand, and anti-fog mirror for an elevated resort-style feel.

Had a great and relaxing time in this updated and well appointed condo. Comfy furniture, spa-like bath, two balconies to enjoy the breeze and views, and best/most functional kitchen we’ve seen yet. Wasn’t sure about staying on the 1st floor but it was quiet and still had great views. Looking forward to returning!

The condo was beautiful and spotless. We enjoyed 3 great days and will definately be back. This spot had all the comforts of home and fabulous views.

Our condo was lovely, management great. Was disappointed there was no laundry on site. Being disabled it was inconvenient to park in basement with the elevator being broken. The parking deck was not available. Great pool & hot tub.
