This was a great location for Graceland and downtown Memphis, there were plenty of restaurants and shopping just down the street. Neighborhood was nice and quite easy to find and the host Pam was awesome very responsive. The home is clean and beds are comfortable, she even leaves some snacks and coffee and water which is a great bonus. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again, if your looking for a nice affordable convenient place to stay this is it!

This house was great for what we needed it for, a weekend get away. There was room for all of us and I could control the a/c and heat. That is nice now that I am always hot these days. There was little snacks k-pods and water. Nice little touch. Sometimes you need something and you don't want to leave when you just got there. Host communicated well. Not a bad location. Shopping malls, airports so on and so on. The neighborhood was definitely quiet. I write these reviews because I read reviews. I also write reviews for almost everywhere I go. So with that being said, this definitely isn't a bad spot. If you're looking for something in this price range this house could be the one for your stay.
