Casa Perfecta is just that, Perfect! The house is beautiful and has everything you need. From a well appointed kitchen, to beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. The bedrooms are spread out enough so that everyone had privacy. Yet plenty of room to gather together in the living room. We enjoyed the use of the binoculars to watch the boats and fish jumping out of the water. Easy walking distance to grocery store, restaurants and shopping. The grounds are kept up very well with an iguana or two to see. We never used the hot tub or tv so can't speak to those. The local property manager, Fran, was very helpful. This was our first visit to Casa Perfecta and we look forward to returning.

This was our first trip to Las Barriles and there is no doubt that Casa Perfecta made our experience better than we could have imagined. Communication with the host and property manager was prompt, helpful and consistent. The house itself was unreal--the pictures were amazing but actually being at the property and relaxing here for a week was so much better than we could have hoped for. We spent several hours on the beachside patio enjoying the afternoon breeze. Each bedroom had its own full bathroom and the casita off of the house was great for some additional space and privacy. The attention to detail and functionality were top notch -- the builders/developers thought of everything. From private beach access with a quad or side by side, to the bathroom access from the front patio, an outdoor wet bar by the patio, outdoor spaces ideal for each time of day. The kitchen was complete with everything needed for a home cooked meal and entertaining. Super close/walkable to the main street. Safe, secure and more that comfortable. If/when we come back to Barriles we will 100% stay here. We miss Casa Perfecta already!
